I'm afraid that I'm opening up a giant can of worms here, but I'm curious as to what you all think. Based on everything we've heard so far (including Corey Feldman on 20/20 right now,) does your gut instinct tell you that Michael Jackson is guilty of child molestation, or absolutely not-guilty? This has nothing to do with whether you're a Michael fan or not, and please don't turn this into yet another racial debate - just according to what facts we know, what do you think?

I would say he's guilty.

What the hell do we know? We only know what the media tells us, and we know how reliable THEY are! Plus - what does the media NOT know. What have the 'powers that be' not yet released?

Fact is, I don't think we'll ever know. If he did it - he's a bastard and should go to jail for life. Let his cellmates smack the noses off his face.

If he didn't do it - shame on the media. Shame on the parents.

I think there's just too much there to deny it, and I'm certain he'll be found guilty. There's too much evidence against him for him to possibly back his story up. And it's not as if he's been accused once...it seems like as soon as one accusation drifts away, he's back in the news again with another one. It's time to stop it. If Martha can go to jail for something so frivelous, there's no doubt that the same will happen to Michael.

List all of the solid evidence against Michael Jackson, munk (or any one else).

Well, she did do something wrong, but I agree - she shouldn't be in jail.

CapnHook: Don't take this thing so personally. I said Guilty or Not, not "please critique this post." I specifically stated BASED ON THE EVIDENCE WE HAVE SEEN - meaning, obviously, unless any of us are tight with MJ himself all we know is what the media tells us. So maybe I should rephrase: ACCORDING TO WHAT WE HEAR FROM THE MEDIA (and past "Friend," Corey Feldman,) WHAT DO YOU THINK?

There's no need for a debate about this.

If he didn't do it, shame on the media? They're doing their job. So you're saying that if they cover a court case where the defendant turns out not guilty, then the media should apologize and be shamed? That's logical. There's no point in arguing this and I'm not going to list every ounce of evidence that's ever been released against Michael Jackson - that's pointless - but my own personal opinion is that he is guilty. That's all I asked - personal opinion.

Don't get me wrong - I am not debating. I seriously wish to know the evidence against MJ.

However - about the media: yes, they are doing their job. But the job is unethical, evil, and shameful. Whether they report something positive or negative - the reasons behind it are cruel.

Money. What stories will get ratings? What will cause controversy? What will put us in favor with the public?

The media doesn't give a CRAP about anything.

Let me also add that it doesn't surprise me. It saddens me. It won't change. But it doesn't surprise me. It's expected.

Two years ago, I would have said that the man is not capable of comprehending what sex is...
Now, i think he's EXRTREMELY guilty...
and not just cuz of Feldman either.

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

I do remember that. Everyone does.

But I don't think that was anything malicious at all.

Not malicious - but perhaps more evidence that he lives in some bizarro world and should not be allowed to keep his children. Those same children whom he forces to wear masks whenever they're in public. Oh yeah - they're gonna turn out normal.

Exactly. Anyone who makes their children wear masks should not have children. I'm not doubting that he loves them with all this heart, but his mental stability obviously needs to come into question.
