This is based on Ciao, Manhattan...a great book and wonderful documentary about Edie Sedgewick...fascinating subject/time.

She can only play neurotic Jewish woman. Vreeland was larger than that.

Well, I don't know about Ileana only playing that one role. I saw her play something else. Anyway, we don't know how large a role Vreeland will be in this film (I haven't read the book). Maybe it's little more than a cameo.
