Eat a lot of garlic...if your friends and family don't object.

My hair grows faster and thicker when I eat a lot of garlic. I grew up in a Sicilian household and always heard that growing up...and forgot it for a while. Until I discovered the Hudson Valley Garlic Festival.

Blue is right. I've also heard Folic Acid is good for hair growth (folic acid is just about always a primary supplement in prenatal vitamins).
