It might also be fun to list how you came across this site.

Like several of the other originals, I came over when Broadway.com closed their posting board.

And the only reason I didn't get an earlier join date was that I was in London when this chat board started and didn't have access to a computer to sign up.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Holy f*cking sh*t.

I, too, came over after the Broadway.com chat forum was smothered in its crib like the colicky baby it was.

I also remember that I wanted to be a total dick and create a sock puppet. I named her Pretty Penny. It lasted for about a minute and a half.

ETA: WAIT....I just realized I forgot my old posting name logon info (robbiej) and it shows I've only been here since 2009.

My BWW origin story? I had been posting on ATC since 1999, and then a friend of mine alerted me to BWW as she was going to be a contributing writer for the site. Even though I don't post as much as I used to, I still spend a good deal of time each day on the site.

I stalked for a long time before I joined. I was also on a old Mac plus that always crashed 2 minutes in. I was also on that other site some of us came from. Interesting.. in my first two years here.. this site functioned for me at times kind of like Grindr. You know.. for my after show hook ups when I was in the city. I was such a young Hussy.

BWW's first TONY season was AVENUE Q vs THE BOY FROM OZ vs CAROLINE, OR CHANGE vs WICKED. That first year on this board was epic.
