I agree. And I once read that Hamlet was bipolar, but it was probably just idiotic nonsense from a deluded douchebag.
And I'm the idiot for not knowing who Laertes was/is.
There was a time when the BWW OT board was so active you would go to a meeting (or class, for our younger friends), and when you came back the thread you had been posting in had slipped to the second page!
There was a time when people would check in at any and all times of the day because there was so much activity - and, often, hilarity - that you didn't want to miss anything!
I recall being on the phone with friends WHILE we were posting, and just laughing ourselves silly...
I'm not saying that all the good times are over, but it has changed. For so many reasons. Facebook being a big one, I believe.
As others have said, the COTD thread brought out the best in us, when we were a larger, more active, diverse group. It was sincere and wonderful and alot of fun.
I remember a friend telling me to 'print out' the posts when it was my turn to be COTD, because they would really lift me up if I was ever having a down day. Sadly, I didn't, because I assumed they'd always be available. (BWW didn't have as many 'glitches' back then). I'm sorry they were lost, because I do remember 'my day' making me feel pretty special...
And, the beauty of it was that we all had our day to feel special...
But, we can't live our lives looking back. We have to enjoy the great memories of the good, and look forward to what has yet to unfold.
PJ, you always find the perfect lyric.
But if I were Celebrity of the Day, I'd feel way too important to talk to any of you people.
We would bow down before you.

Was it "Celebrity of the Day" or "Celebrity of the WEEK"?
Back in the day when Hussys were Hussys.
I love that you did that.
I love that you had a Hussy thread!
Thank you PJ. Thank you.
This is when I wish BWW was like Facebook in that it had a like button. So many statements being made that I'd hit it.
