re: Have you ever been accused...

we are though! I'll admit it, I am one too. but I take pride in the fact that my parents arent rich, but not poor, and we live in a really rich area. Because that way I can give the prissy rich girls the "Yeah, you know, I never really liked Chanel.." line when they ask me what I got for Christmas

and thats where the bitchiness of Sally Brown comes into play re: Have you ever been accused...

WHAT!?!?! Where is a 4th grader going to go that he needs a cell phone?

I believe a cell phone should be received (either as a gift, or buy yourself one) when you get a car. But until then, you're either going to be with an adult. Not out on your own...

Geez. Okay. I'm off my pedastal.

re: Have you ever been accused...

I'm getting a cell phone in a couple of months when I go into high school, but only because I'm going to high school in a crowded city/ghetto area, but it has an AMAZING arts school, and anyway, my mom wants to make sure I'm okay and all.

Oh, but I am paying for it.

Good for you. Just try and squeeze in jobs between all those rehearsals.

I have a friend that goes to school at the Las Vegas Academy and he seriously spends like 72 hours a week rehearsing. Then you put in study time and he has two jobs... It's so much stuff.

If you're in Wisconsin, check him out next year at Worturbo (sp?).

re: Have you ever been accused...

I was always know as the crazy theatre kid in my school, but my obsession led to many great things. I singlehandedly remade our school theatre (which was pretty much a stage and a couple of lights no curtain no real sound system) into a REAL theatre.

I also was recently told by a great friend of mine that he wanted to be an actor, and that it was partially because of my influence on him. When I heard that I remembered what a GREAT thing broadway is.

Sometimes, yes. I played football my freshman and sophmore year, and have also done the plays and musicals, as well as alot of community theatre. I find that some pepole think I am weird, but most of my good friends know that is my passion. I do not really care what pepole think anyway.

re: Have you ever been accused...

I'm a nutcase...I was driving aroun 60 miles round trip to see My Fair Lady in SoCal, and my dad comments "Shira, you're spending $10 on gas for a SHOW!" -- or why I will schlep 2 hours for a 2 hour show..Or why there is a difference between the OBC and Revival recordings of all shows...and why I need to have every version of Gypsy...

"Shira, why do you need to own it? You've heard the music once. Why listen to it again?"...

I am a freak, and proud of it!

re: Have you ever been accused...

People think I'm weird for seeing shows repeatedly. But hey, I like them and it makes me happy.

re: Have you ever been accused...

Yup. But that doesn't bother me much anymore.
I'm not a gay stereotype. I'm a coincidence.

re: Have you ever been accused...

I'm normal. The people who DON'T quote shows in class or know how to spell 'schadenfreude' are the weird ones, of course!
