Veteran White House reporter Helen Thomas announced Monday that she is retiring, effective immediately, in the wake of a controversy over her comments on Israel, according to a report from her employer, Hearst News Service.

Why should she have to retire for expressing her opinion? Even if it was a preposterous one. This county (world) has gone crazy with misguided political correctness. We stop Shirley Temple-looking 4 years olds and women who look like Sandy Duncan and make them remove their shoes in airports. Meanwhile, known terrorists who are on "no-fly" lists, are allowed to board planes, because everyone is so terrified to come off like they're racially profiling people. IDIOTS!! That's exactly what you should be doing. Racially profiling people. Take a look at the photos of the majority of known terrorists. What do they have in common? I'll give everybody a hint. They don't look like f'ing Shirley Temple or Sandy Duncan! This old bag should be able to say whatever the hell she wants. It used to be a free country.

John Boy's right! This supposeably was a free country! And you PC people know he's right when he talks about how terrorists look a certain way and how racial profiling will catch them all and we will all be safer!! They look dark, and A-rab. And they have black beards and moustaches and are never ever women. It's so obvious, but you're all falling all over each other pretending not to know that that is what terrorists look exactly like.
