The only reasons I don't put my real name on here is A) when I was younger, I made this screen name for other stuff and just wanted to keep everything the same, and B) my parents are pretty insistent on me not giving out "personal information" to these "crazy" internet people. Needless to say, my parents aren't too trusty of the internet, and sometimes I am the same way. And my name would be Rebecca and I have no affiliation with any professional theaters cause I am a teenager in Ohio! There, is that good for everybody? lol

I do have a few, um regrets about getting caught up in the nasty world of theatrical gossip, and have made an effort to keep my posts focused about the magic and passions of Broadway and all those who honor and love it. Of course if a show is REALLY bad, NO, I won't do no backsliding, no sir! I was inspired to "come out" after meeting the "gang" at the first BWW.Com gathering, and seeing how much passion (there's that word again)Rob abd Craig have for the theater, and a certain PodiumPerson who got the love ball rollin'...

So, yes, I am a hussy and reformed spiteful basthad, but now I'm like Scrooge on X-mas morning, trying to keep it real and fun.

And I'm going to see MelB in RENT and all the other AMAZING shows lighting up Broadway and Off Broadway and Off-Off-Off..., cause THAT'S why I'm here, but most importantly, I hope you'll all be there too!

p.s. I received the most hypocritical "PM" from one of the more aggressive posters on BWW. It's ironic he put forth his feelings in a PM instead of publicly questioning my 'motives' for this thread, since he has no problem bashing here on the board. Perhaps he doesn't want to publicly debate. I implored him to post his feelings, since I SO want to address them, but I may just pull selected quotes (leaving him anonymous as a PM obviously requests) just to let you share in my bemusement on how some people can be so diluted about the issues raised here.
