The cheerleader get almost raped by a friend, during the struggle she falls and gets a stick jammed in her brain.
The coroner pulls the stick out of her brain and leaves the room.
She then suddenly wakes up (thanks to having the stick pulled out) and looks around to see that she is mid-autopsy.. complete with chest spilt open.
What does she say?
"Holy Sh.." roll credits.
