I think we need to discuss her. She's very interesting to me. She was excellent in BOYS DON'T CRY, but every other movie she did after that tanked. Her Broadway debut in THE MIRACLE WORKER was scotched. I thought her career was over.

And then bada-boom, bada-bing, here she is again, giving a great performance in MILLION DOLLAR BABY. Is she really that good of an actor, or has she just found her niche in butch roles? I dunno.

She was nominated for a GG for her performance in Iron Jawed Angels on HBO. I agree, she does the tom boy roles best. I think her teeth should be nominated for an award.

I was personally shocked that Imelda Staunton didn't win the GG for VERA DRAKE.

If her movie career goes downhill, she could always make commercials for a dental office. If she ever had her teeth whitened she could light up a small city

If they were any brighter she could join the cast of X Men and her teeth would be unleashed power. She could blind people by just smiling.
Whenever the Million Dollar Baby commercial comes on, just the sound of her voice makes me all sad.

She happens to be a sweetheart and a very good actress. Last year she worked the aid for aids benefit in Los Angeles for two straight days and made us a ton of money.

Getting back to the topic posted...

As I recall, Ms. Sawnk's reviews for MW were not good and her performance was one of the reasons the show didn't progress (along woith firing the director).

Ignorance is temporary. Stupidity last forever. Watch out BWW... HE'S BACK.
