Romantico, firstly it's textbook strategy to attack someone's character when you have no valid response to their platform.
Notice how I haven't once questioned the validity of your opinion, but instead have focused solely on the subject at hand. So feel free to continue to criticize me - I really don't care - but get it all out of your system so we can be done and have a conducive conversation.
Secondly, I'm not spewing any "right wing crap". I said that companies are complex structures made up of many different people who contribute to their success and failure. These people include: management, financial backers, employees and employee's representatives (unions). If a company succeeds, everyone shares in the victory and should benefit. If a company fails, everyone must take their fair share of responsibility. Especially when a situation arises like the one that did today where employees/unions refused to lower their demands so the company folded. That was wrong. And no matter what you say, the fact that they no longer have jobs is evidence of their own poor decision. Now management played a big role in this too over the past several years, so don't assign all the blame to employees/unions.
In short, no one is exempt from the success or failure of a company. It's a team effort. Share the successes and share in the failures as well. It will help ensure a higher rate of success in the future. Don't live in fantasy land.
