DD I always have mine with me..but forget to turn it on.
he he... when I DO have it, it ends up in silent mode. So I'll look at it and realize I've missed several calls.
Maybe it's because I'm a teenage female (but not for long. Teenage that is) that I have such an overdependency on the phone...
Shira... we should start a blog about ROAD TRIP 2005...
I tried vibrate once, but that doesn't work if it's not on you.
Vibrate can be fun... though more than once I spilled food while dining in a restaurant 'cause I'd get startled. Now I understand why people put the phone on the table as soon as they sit down.
Shira... isn't a blog more like a diary? (I don't really know) Just to keep track of all the fun we're having planning. But a thread might work. It would just prolly get jacked along the way...
Once upon a time, there was a tavern
Where we used to raise a glass or two
Remember how we laughed away the hours,
Think of all the great things we would do
Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di di di di di
Then, the busy years went rushing by us
We lost our starry notions on the way
If, by chance, I'd see you in the tavern,
We'd smile at one another and we'd say
Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes, those were the days
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di di di di di
Just tonight, I stood before the tavern
Nothing seemed the way it used to be
In the glass, I saw a strange reflection
Was that lonely woman really me?
Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes, those were the days
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di di di di di
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di
Di di di di di di di di di di
Through the door, there came familiar laughter
I saw your face and heard you call my name
Oh, my friend, we're older but no wiser
For in our hearts, the dreams are still the same
Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes, those were the days
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.

Well, if I start a blog, you can't jack it...maybe I'll start a thread? It'll be public, but how else should we do it?
We are, after all, already jacking THIS thread.
I'll start a new thread, cool?
You go!
Ugh... gotta get to work. At least type up my time sheet. I'll be back...
Have fun!
I kind of like jacking this thread...OR you, DG, Beav, and Boobs could all use AIM and this would be easier...
Mary Hopkins if I can remember correctly.
I was just about to correct you! (God bless Google!)
Where is DG this morning? We need to plan!
Probably in the hot tub with a bottle of scotch.
That sounds like a great morning!
What are you guys doing between...
July 17th - July 27th?
AIM chat is out... can't have it at work. I don't know how I get away with this...
I'm free those dates...
Remember this show??? I Love Ann Jillian !!!!
LOL, DD -- I don't know either.
Let's see with DG -- and I'm afraid that may be when Beav is in NYC...
No clue, BB... but if it's 70's or early 80's sitcom, I didn't live here then so wouldn't be familiar with it.
