All right, bdwaygirl!
Neil Diamond is #4!!!
Now, #5 is a toughie. Any more guesses????
DAVID SOUL!!!!
Don't give up on us baby...
Whack!
Sorry!
#5 seems to belong in a different decade. Honestly, I'm surprised he is at #5. I can really think of just a few singles of his from the 70s, but he must have had many. Also, this artist had MANY die-hard fans whoo probably bought everything he put out. He must have also sold tons of his classics after he died. HINT!
Elvis

Elvis sounded fishy to me, too, Rath...maybe he sold tons of his classic singles in later years?? He was also doing a good bit of religious music / hymns in his later years. Maybe, those singles counted???
My parents took me to see Elvis in concert in 1976, a year before he died. He was pretty bloated looking, but the middle -aged ladies still loved him. You can't believe the number of bouquets of flowers that were given to that man. He was adored.
Bye bdwaygirl!
Bye Rath, Midtown, Mr. Matt and all - I've got to check out for the day, too.
Have a great weekend, 'yall!
