DGrant and Rath -
It's amazing how so many of the 70's shows have prolonged their lives and become beloved by younger generations through the magic of syndication.
Have a great day!!!

Were either of you fans of that Nell Carter show, "Gimme a Break" - it ran from (I am guessing here) '79 - '86 or so?

Rath - I saw it maybe a couple of times, just to see Nell (I had seen her in Ain't Misbehavin') - but I really didn't care for the show. I was just happy she had the work!
Bwaygrl...no...haven't found it yet. The search has been temporarily suspended due to busyness at work and then exaustion at home.

Darn!! I missed the quiz again! Anyone else looking forward to Alan Alda in Glengary Glenross?
My daughter just saw him on a M*A*S*H DVD and thought "wow he was hot!" (still is IMHO!)

Hi Mom Probably won't see Glengary, as the play really isn't up my alley. But I've been very happy to see the career he's maintained all these years. I really wish we could have seen QED a few years ago. He's always been one of my faves!
Actually Dave and I are looking forward to a few dramas this year (that don't include us as major players!) So the chance to see him live would be fantastic!

Mom - our trip is filling up almost entirely with stars in revivals - it should be a nice change of pace. And dramas that don't star yourself are always better!

Amen to that DG! Every year it seems that we think it's going to be a blah season, we find tons ofstuff and can't get to it all.

Marquise - I had - and STILL have - all of their albums! David was the answer to the prayers of my childhood
Mom - I'm getting us to shows in every available slot, and we still will feel like we missed a few things.
Thanks Marquise! DG, I am still upset at myself that we missed Pacific Overtures.

Mom - we only get one week there a year, so there's no way to see everything. I just try to pick things that probably won't come all the way out here.
I do have it a bit easier. Sometimes you just can't get tickets.
So what are you going to see? And when will you be there?

Mom - gotta run, but I'll send you a PM with the details later. Have a fabulous evening!
Thanks sweetie you too!
