I don't think I've ever played operation....I have however, ridden a skateboard. For two minutes anyway. Then I fell and hurt myself.

Loved Operation. One of these days just might have to pick that up at the store for old times sake. About a year or so ago, I went to Toys R Us and bought Hands Down and Tip It. My friends and I had a fun time playing. Need to get those out again and play a few more rounds. Maybe next weekend.

I had a very fun day today. Hope everyone else did, too. Now, it's off to do a couple things before heading off to dreamland. SOME of us do have to work tomorrow. Night!

'morning everyone. Delayed opening due to snow. I feel like I'm in school again. Figured I'd have some coffee, then go clean off the car and shovel the steps. Need to psyche myself up to go out in the cold.

Kerplunk. Didn't that have something to do with sticks or something? Don't think I ever played it, though.

Coffee and danish are out for the early birds.

Morning all !!! Bongo made the coffee this morning and it's very good !!!

Ker-Plunk was the plastic tube you put plastic sticks through and then filled with marbles....you take sticks out until the marbles all fall to the bottom. I wasn't much of a Ker-Plunk player....now Scrabble I could play for hours.

Here's a question - why is Ellen wearing a wedding band? Didn't she throw her partner out only about a month ago for Portia DeRossi? I see this too often with gay couples - they are so quick to call themselves "married" or "partners" when the relationship is brand new - do we wonder why so many straight people are confused and think we don't understand commitment?

Well, heteros don't wear wedding bands until they get married - which in the majority of cases, is not until they've been together for quite a while. I just think this particular and common gay behavior plays right into what the conservatives love to use against us.

I know some men and women in heterosexual relationships exchange "promise rings", but also, not until they have been in a relationship for a while. I'm afraid I'm no expert on relationships. But I know I used to wear a ring on my, well, ring finger,because it didn't fit on the others. But I don't think that's what Ellen is doing. Hmmm...

Roads were fine, just wet. I left about 8:22 and was here by 9 with one teeny stop along the way. Took me the same amount of time as on a normal day. Helped that alot of people were off and most schools are closed.

El.....I Love "A Chorus Line"...the stage production of course....the Movie was butchered !!!! I played Paul in a production of it once...one of my favorite roles ever !!!

I wish I'd seen the stage version. I've only seen the movie, which doesn't help much, I know. But c'est la vie. It's great listening, the OBCR of course.
