Ah, my official DRS review...
John is good. Very suave, which I enjoy. Gregory Jbara and Joanna Gleason are amazing. Sara Gettelfinger, even if she is only a small part of it, is talented and amazing and she should have her own show. I thought Sherie was good, and I happen to think that while Norbert does fine in the "chilling with John Lithgow" scenes, I don't think he deserves all the hype whatsoever. I guess I just dislike contrived physical comedy, ya know? He's a fine singer however. But they give him this hip/hop rap-esque number, which I cringe at the thought of.
I like the sets quite a bit, and how they seem to have their own deceit, which suits the tone of the show. The costumes are fine, I think. I can't say I pay too much attention to them.
*But*, like I said, I laughed, and I enjoyed myself for 2.5 hours. I don't think it's worthy of the praise bestowed upon it on the main board, but that is just my opinion.
I truly hope you have a wonderful time and enjoy yourself! I know you will laugh anyway.
