She's a performer in the New York area. I'm pretty sure she went to CCM (I hope I'm not talking out of my butt on that one). I know someone who went to school with her.
It's a complete joke. Just sounds like someone making fun of all the REALLY bad cabaret artists and their song selection/interpretation styles if you ask me. Put in that context, it's even funnier.
The way she does the "bird squawk" voice gets me every time.

It would make sense that it is a joke because, as someone stated earlier, she does have a good range.
As funny as it would be if it were real, I do think it's just a joke.
