9x11 is good because a 8x10 photo will fit in it and it will fit inside that 8.5x11 manilla envelope you mail your request in.

Is it a bad idea to fold up the SASE to fit it into the envelope I am sending it in? Is that considered bad etiquette? I am not sure if I have big enough envelopes.
Edited to add:
Does anyone know the address to write Kristin Chenoweth? Can I use one of the addresses on her website?
So, 9x12 or so is a good size?
