DAILY!! I am so scared not to. Tiny particals of food get stuck in there and can cause bactaria which leads to odors and can lead to infection and eventually decay. A lot of people with bad breath issues could help themselves out a lot just by flossing.

twice a day. it sucks, but it has to be done. 
listen to elphaba--start flossing or else you will pay for it later. i have not had any problems with my teeth (thank goodness!) but one of my friends has had several cavities due to not flossing. the dentist always yells at her. "start flossing" she says she'll start but it never happens.

BTW, i have good teeth, no braces, retainer, root canal, fillings, etc.

Daily. My dentist loves me.
Liam, they make special threaders so that you can fit floss through the wires of braces. I should know, I've had some sort of orthodontic appliance in my mouth for 12 years now.
