Someone I know once said "The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else".
But seriously, don't feel guilty or feel like you're overreacting. That's your first love. Right now, it may seem like this is one of the hardest thing you've ever gone through in your life, but like someone else stated, worse things have happened to others and worse things may happen to you. Months or even years from now, you'll look back on this and laugh because you realize that it's so trival. That's just how life work. I know you probably won't believe it now, but really, time will heal it. It just takes time to get over someone. I'm sorry and good luck!
