Yes, I am. Did you see him on Letterman last night? Really interesting. And I'm totally on his side.
I have it tivo'ed but have not watched it. But I am also totally on his side.

Definitely watch it. That article makes it sound like he was raving, but he was really very calm and - I thought - completely likable and rational-sounding.
I just felt bad for Dave, 'cause he just didn't know what to say without getting himself in trouble. It was rather amusing.

When I have read or heard legal assessments of the CBS case, my legal experts think that it is non-started by CBS.
If CBS really wanted to, they could have taken Stern off the air and not given him the audience for his self-promotion.
All this is doing is giving more free publicity to Stern. I do not quite understand the motive behind CBS's activities. It seems like a lose/lose proposition from the start.
And, I am not a fan of Stern, but think that he may prevail on preliminary motions. I do not think this case will ever get to trial. And, the only thing this does is give Howard's new show free publicity and advertise what CBS lost.
Stupid all the way around.
I agree. the whole thing is stupid.
Rock on, Howard! The only honest man in the media who is actually thanked in many Liza Minnelli CDs. And that is the truth! :)
Since moving to Sirius, he's lost a ton of publicity. He loves every minute of this.
