I re-read the series before each new book is released, and I'm about half-way through number 4, so I'll be ready!

I planned to do that this time, DGrant, but I have had to pack all my books and put them in storage.
Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

I do the same DGrant! I am on chapter 13 in the fourth book.

Pop - I'm not sure how well I'd handle having all my books in storage. I'd be tempted just to move in there with them!

Wow that sucks popcultreboy...I own three copies of each book. 2 hardcovers, and one paperback. I read one of the hardcovers, and the other two copies are kept on the shelf for display :)

Putting the favourites in storage and selling off almost 200 of the lesser loved books has almost given me a coronary.

I'm so excited! I do need to re-read the others, though. Was it just me or did anyone else have difficulty getting through the fifth one?

The fifth one was my favorite, so it flew by for me, especially the second half. I think I'll just reread that one to prepare for the 6th.

Yes I was also very confused during the 5th! My favorite is the 3rd! I could not put it down!

I loved the 4th, well and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and is it possible to pre-like the 6th
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

I usually read the previous book prior to the new one coming out, but the last one upset me so much, I don't think I'm going to. Still thinking on it, though.
Seems like just the other day I was bitching about how far away July 16 was, and now it's practically here.

I will be at a midnight madness release, in my Hogwarts uniform. And yes, I am fully aware that I am a huge geek...

Is anyone getting HBP at midnight? I am, only b/c I have to leave to catch a flight at 6am for vaca and I can't imagine being on vaca w/o it! Of course, I'll probably be like 5x older than anyone else there...I have no shame!

I would be at one, but I'll be away from home at Broadway Theatre Project
I'll have to find a bookstore near the University of Tampa.

I'm such a huge dork, but I can't wait for this to come out. I'm sure she had a REASON for killing off one of my favorite characters, and I'm dying to find out more about Lily's back story.

How can you find out where the midnight releases are?

Will my boy Harry get to play Quidditch again? I'm sure he will...but it wasn't resolved at the end of Book 5.

You can call your local bookstore and ask if they are having one or check out the link below, it's probably not entirely complete, but it's a good start.

As soon as I finish up my current book, I'll be re-reading Book 5 (That thing is a BEAST to carry in your purse).
I am terribly excited. It is going to take some control to NOT walk over to the bookstore to pick up my copy at midnight. *If* I were to just lose it and walk over there, would it be a terrifying scene? I am thinking of just stopping by Sat morning...
