When I was 16 my boyfriend was 22 and his friends were starting to get married off.
Imagine being 16 and going to five weddings in one summer for your boyfriend's friends! AH!

So Should I make everyone think that I am a freak by adding my 2 cents? Sure, why not...I am 21 and I have been married for a year and 4 months as of tomorrow. I am also seriously considering trying to become a mom in the very near future. I found my "one" and have never been happier. EmCee...I had the longest run of crap boyfriends and they hurt me so badly...I ended up marrying my best friend that I had had since I was 15. We were nevr friends with benifits infact he never asked me out, it just kind of happened. Best of luck to everyone...and as for feeling old. I am 21 and already tired of bars and clubs and stuff like that. I see my friends running around bar hopping and I am like wow...I'm old. Oh well...such is life. Oh also be Proud of your virginity...there is nothing wrong with waiting.

For me its my 17 year old little sister who got married and is having a baby in May. Its crazy, I'm 8 years older and would totally freak with a kid. Makes me feel... i have no idea but not great.

That is no lie, at least physically. My husband was stationed over seas for a year (while we were engaged) and when he came back...OUCH....I know TMI but still....there is some truth there

My dad's front desk person at his office well her twin sister (they are 20) is having a baby in may and is married to a guy about 8 years older. My friend's mom had her at 17 and my other friend his mom was 18 and he also has a sister 2 years older. It's really young!! I know of kids in my town even in teh middle school (not many) who have been pregnant.

My mom was 17 when I was born, and I knew lots of people in middle school. The thing is now being 26 and married I still can't imagine having kids.

Alright, it's really not that bad to get older... Personally, I just had a birthday and while I must admit I found myself feeling pretty old, it was comforting as well. I look at my life 10 years ago... hell, even just 3 years ago and Im so happy to be where I am now, versus then.

i'm definitley moving into that stage of my life...i'm in three weddings in the next year. and, every one of my other non-married friends are all in real relationships now. i just recentley ended a relationship (note to everyone: don't ever date a fraternity guy) and now i'm the only single one of my friends!

blah...this is craziness.

Wow... I am 37. Two years ago my 11-year relationship ended. At that moment, I had no idea what to do. And you know what, I'm having a blast. Doing theater, going out... being 37 for me is awesome.
