At this candy chain in the mall. Why does it bother me that it is made in Mexico?
Elphie, they sell that stuff at Cracker Barrel. It is super cheap.
yes, but cracker barrel is well-known for being extremely homophobic, so I cannot buy it there. There have been times when they would not even serve gay people......of course this was a few years ago....not sure if they have changed
Elph, just hide your membership card behind your license, they'll never know.
Elphie, I had no idea. That is so awful.

But, Elphie - herer's the real question:
Can you still do the teaberry shuffle?
I just finished my last sticks of Clove gum and Beemans. And a few months ago, I found Black Jack. Still haven't seen Teaberry anywhere.
The teaberry shuffle??
(and you better have posted that from home, Missy)

The Teaberry Shuffle was a dance in the 60's. Commercials would show ordinary people going about their business and popping a piece of Teaberry gum in their mouth and breaking into the Teaberry Shuffle. Elphaba and Iflit will remember tye little ditty, for the rest of you, here's a link:

And yes, I'm now going home.
If I recall, the Teaberry Shuffle was on the Dick Clark Show which came from the than Little Theater now the Helen Hayes
I even remember how it goes
Anyone old enough to remember that should not work the hours you do.
GO. HOME.
If I do not work, I can not see shows so toil I must. My hours are 8:45 to 4:45 for whatever it is worth
I wasn't referring to you. We posted at the same time.
No problem since I am old enough
yes blue, I can.....
itflit, next time I'm at the mall I'll get the name of the store, as I was told they are in malls all over the place. If your need is great, I can always send you a pack or two.......
Kel, $16.95??? Heck, it's 99 cents in the store......
DG......guess I should have known that.....I am so far behind in what Southern-based companies policies are

Elph - I avoided them for so many years that I don't even see them anymore - they just ceased to exist for me. 11 years is a long time to dig your heels in, ya know?

I always thought the words were "Da da da da dum, da da da dada da da dum". No?
You're home NOW, right???

Bluemoon--I thought it was "Da doo doo doo doo-doo, di-dada-doo did-da doo-doo da..."

No, PJ, that's the Spanish version. Accent is on the last doo.
Ya know what else I kinda liked? Those little wax bottles with sweet colored liquid in them. They weren't really that good, but they *were* pretty cool.
