I just got on the f*****g scale and it says I have gained 15 pounds this week. Can that be? Can 3 daily mojitos, birthday cake, and a few overpriced restaurant dinners do all that in one week?

Dame, drink a lot of water for a week and you'll see a lot of that dissapear.
