Well, I have to say that for the first time in my life, my pants keep getting looser. But I do know the agonizing feeling of them getting tighter. South Beach has really changed my life. :)

I think eating lbs. of fruit (nectarines, watermelon, cherries, grapes, plums, mango, strawberries, cantaloupe) is adding weight on my body. I cannot resist the fresh summer fruits, I'm like a fruit junkie (I forgot blue berries and peaches too).
Also freshly made mozzerella, basil and tomato is finding it's way into at least one meal a day. The food is just too exciting now!!!

I'm a carbs whore. I used to be a carbs hussy. But since I have been stuffing myself while at work; I figured I was a whore since I was getting paid.

I can't gasp. The pants will pop. Maybe I am feeling this way because I was at West Hollywood. Any of you hussys ever go to West Hollywood? Every one there looks like they live at the gym. Of course; I don't feel so bad when I realize they are all on the Tina diet. Anyway; just rambling

I tried the Tina diet once. But having Ike punch me in my face everytime I went for the fridge proved too much for me to handle.

mmmm lowfat vanilla yogurt with graham cracker crumbs...and Dame it's not getting rid of the carbs altogether it getting rid of the bad crabs.
