javero -- you do realize that the NSA and international spying programs all increased and expanded underneath President Obama, right? There's no doubt Hillary would continue that. I have no doubt you're correct about the Republicans. But you forgot to include the Democrats. They are just as bad.

I concede you the point but you do realize that China, the former USSR and other hostiles have been spying on US citizens (including domestic corporations) via the Internet (and it's predecessor ARPANET) for decades. I've already written the republic off as a police state for several reasons. Hopefully we'll eventually strike a healthy balance between watching those who are watching us with ill-intent and state-sanctioned domestic spying.
