I'm an Uncle !

My niece was born in Austin today. Her name is Phoebe Elaine (not crazy about that, but what can you do?) and she is 17 pounds and 19 inches. She is the first grandchild of my parents. My mom and I agreed we'll just call her Betty.

Hun, if she is 17 pounds, and she was born today... then you should be booking 'Maury' today!

No really, Matt, tell me it's a typo. I was 8 pounds and everyone says I was huge! Maybe the baby was 7 pounds? If not... I apologize for the tongue and cheek nature of my post. That's quite a feat. Even if it seems biologically impossible.

Congrats Matt! Being the aunt, or uncle is the best! You get to spoil rotten and NO diapers! But please tell us 17 is a typo. I had a friend whose babies were born at 13 and 15 pounds so there is a possibility.
