I hadn't been to The Eagle in a long time. Surprised at what a warm, low-key, fun group was there last night. A couple of them with very firm handshakes, too.

Yep. New Year's Eve, my favorite place. Dance mix of "Let it Go" just came on and the guys sang the title line exactly once, and never again for the rest iof the song. I think they would never have done it if all the trans coverage hadn't happened in the last year. The butchies are learning to acknowledge their fem side. Next year they'll probably sing all the way to "the cold never bothered me anyway."

I was once in a leather bar, or was it a bear bar, back in the late 70s in Silver Lake. Very nice guys and a fun evening. Nice to know there are still some around.
