If I remember correctly corn flakes were also invented to be part of a bland diet to help repress those nasty sexual urges.

Most graham crackers now have bleached white flour in them, so you're safe if you're worried about your pie crust repressing your urges.

Since Graham died at 57, his diet didn't seem to have any life-prolonging benefits and he probably didn't enjoy the years that he did have very much.

I don't think I'd quit eating Graham crackers even if they did repress sexual urges. That can be handy every now and then.

Well, he was a little too fixated on sex and used food instead of religion to get followers, but the diet he advocated was pretty good advice. He was probably just weird.
