Dang it! Why did you have to post this? Thanks to Woot, I have a serious addiction to buying shirts online and after seeing this, it's a must-have. Frak.

I hope Patti's getting a percentage of the sales. Or a charity of her choice at least.

I am in the process of throwing old t-shirts out because I am addicted to collecting them. I have/had over 150 t-shirts. Maybe ONE more won't hurt.

I have a shirt that says "SHIRT" and an identical shirt that says "PANTS" that I wear the day after the "SHIRT" one to confuse people.
I don't think I'd want a LuPwned shirt... have to go around explaining who Patti LuPone is to everyone. I was impersonating her one day, and I said, "Maybe I'll put a bit of a Patti LuPone twist on it [the song]" and my director didn't know who she was.

Your theatre or choir director Schmerg? That's sad.
I want it to but I know I'd have to explain it to everyone I knew too lol.

Oh, he's not a theatre director, but he was the director of a show I was in. He's a very talented college kid who loves musical theatre. I don't know HOW he'd manage to go through life without knowing who Patti LuPone is when he knows so many of the more obscure performers.
I have a thirteen-year-old friend who does an excellent Patti impersonation... he looks like he should be playing Flounder in "The Little Mermaid," and all of a sudden, Patti LuPone's voice comes out. (He's also an excellent Charlotte D'Amboise!)

Ahahaha! I should be doing a show with him again this summer. If I do... I think I know what I'm going to be giving him...
He pretty much saved my life, though, so I can't be too hard on him--I had a weeeeird reaction to Chipotle food... not eating there again.

"I am in the process of throwing old t-shirts out" Don't do it, UNGAGEG.You may regret it later. You can choose your absolute favorites and have them made into a quilt. That's what I'm going to be doing with all the shirts my son's collected from band concerts. It's a great way to recycle.

I may not know a lot about theater but I know that I love it.
