Hey guys. I yelled too much at Great America and now I'm sick. I've done nothing but sleep for the past 12 hours.

I hate strep throat. I hope everyone else is feeling better.

If you truly have strep, you must make your way to a dr. and get some antibiotics. It's highly contagious.

If you just have a sore throat, warm (hotter than warm) lemon juice with honey was my mom's remedy, and as much as I hated it, it always works.

Ugh. My bf just got over strep and actually missed out on a concert with me earlier in the week because he was so sick.

Hope you're feeling better soon -- I know he was miserable.

It's the weather. Hot one day, chilly the next. Lots of people I know are feeling crappy with sore throats these days.

Feel better! Will add to DayDreamer's and Taryn's advice ... something else that can help is if you crush a clove of garlic
and take it with a tablespoon of honey.

one does not get strep throat from yelling. Perhaps it's from the guy you brought home? Just a thought.....as much as you've been moving from city to city, you may have caught it on a plane, bus, who knows
