Idina vs. Kristin? Friends or Not?!

Idina and Kristin fought? Is this "new" news to everyone? In all the interviews I saw them in they said that they were great friends...? I want to hear what you all think!

I was never really "up" on the Idina-Kristin relationship stuff, but it doesn't surprise me. I thought it was weird that in one interview with Kristin that I read, she said something about how what she'd miss most from Wicked would be the ensemble members, no mention of Idina at all. And then there's the fact that she said she'd only come back to do Glinda if it was with Stephanie as Elphaba...

Kristin had to wear a neckbrace during the show for awhile. She says that a light tree fell on her. Yeah...a light tree. I personally believe that Idina wrung her neck.

You people should really check your sources. I'm sure no one here knows Kristin or Idina. Put this to rest! From one of the horses mouths-there was no feud. They are good friends. Kristin's been to parties Idina has thrown. It's somethiung that people made up because of the nature of their characters. The general public and media have made it a point to blur the line of actor and character for some time.

Kristin would show up at opening day of the mall in Nome, Alaska when it was 30 below zero if she knew it would get her five minutes of publicity.

The question is: has Idina been to parties that Kristin has thrown?

Umm this statement is invalid because it was a private party that no one knew about except the people invited. My point was that people don't go to the parties of those with whom they do not get along. Esp since there was no one to be seen by.

this discussion needs to be over. KristinChenowethFan, does this matter have any bearing on your life? No? Okay.

I'm going to give you my take on it. Kristin loves attention. She loves to be the center of attention. She's a diva, with the diva attitude to go with it. Idina is more laid back, she isn't constantly looking for ways to make herself the center of attention. So, when Wicked became Idina's show, and Idina was getting all the acclaim, it wouldn't suprise me if Kristin got a little catty.

If I decide to post or not it's not your business. The only reason you care about what I wrote is because I said that if there was a problem, it was probably due to Kristin's diva-esque attitude.

I care becuase you said "This discussion needs to be over, this has no bearing on your life blah blah blah..." and then you decide to write a post, thereby contradicting your initial point, which has no background in fact and is actually rather prejudcial and biased. Not only is it not true, but it propagates the spreading of an untruth which is quite frankly childish.

So, this SHOULD be put to rest. I have it on good authority that there was no big feud.

I spoke to Kristin yesterday. She called me from the set of The West Wing and she was telling me how she never wants to work with Idina ever again. But there was no fight, the reason she gave me is that they used to be lovers. After the relationship went sour , neither could stand to work with each other. OMG! They were lovers. Who knew. This stays here guys.

It just annoys me that Kristin's cult following thinks she can do no wrong. I like Kristin. She's very talented. She was nice when I met her, but I don't think she's the second coming of Christ.
