Jazzy don't tell them about the romantic trips to Aruba.

I saw them making out on a 757 going down to Aruba. They were into each other in first class.
I really want to know how the rumor got started because they seemed to get along fine, and on the mini-documentary on the special features of Broadway:the American Musical, Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth are rehearsing "For Good" and they're looking at each other as if they were friends in reality. I think this rumor just got started for publicity purposes.

They wanted to distract people from their affair. But after they broke up, the feud was real.
I love it. Everyone has "sources" over the internet.

I've just re-read jazzy's original post and they are in sync with my explanation about the lesbian love affair gone wrong.
Right.
Whatever, think what you want, I'll think what I want, and we'll agree to disagree.
On that note, I'm going to bed.

look under the sheets for kris and i. I hear they are back together and in love!
Ive read in two different articles (and we all know that magazines are totally reliable:-P) two completely different things. One said that Idina and Kristin developed a very nice friendship. I mean even in Idina's tony speech, she told Kristin she loved her, and in a press interview where they were talking about Taye joining the cast and Kristin getting to make out with Idina's husband, Idina made a joke, and Kristin said "You better be glad I love you..." or something of the like. So maybe that is true...
But in the other, it said they had a work relationship, but not a realy "friend" ship. Who knows? I mean it'd be nice if EVERYONE on Broadway got along. But they don't.
However, on the Broadway.com video Marissa said herself that she and Laura Bell Bundy hated eachother in Hairspray, but when they both moved to LA, they started hanging out and got to be REALLY good friends. So maybe because Idina and Kristin had so much friction between their characters on-stage, they kinda channeled that in their own relationship (however, it wouldn't be such an extreme case as Marissa and Laura, because they two were in fact friends on-stage...)

Well my source told me that they had a knock down, drag out fight backstage at The Gershwin!! I have no reason to disbelieve them, as they were witness to it.

huh? marissa and laura didn't play friends onstage... they were enemies?
Kristin and Idina played "friends."
they two were in fact friends on stage is referring to Idina and Kristin... sorry if it was unclear.

My best friend who is very very very very very very reliable told me Idina spit in Kristin's face and then they started pulling each other's hair and Joel tried to stop them and he got punched in the face by accident...it's all true.

Think of it this way... have you guys ever fought with your friends? Most likely you have! Idina and Kristin had their highs and their lows, they are human. There were some pretty good fights backstage at times but it was never taken on stage because they are professional. They did have a good relationship together though and would probably consider eachother one another's friends.

I have it from another good source that in fact one of them is not human. It's all very hush hush. But it's something about alien abduction and government experiments....

im sure they faught some...i mean who wouldnt spending everyday together for like 3 years...but im sure they became very close too...i saw kristens closing night...both were in tears during defying gravity and for good....no one knows for sure...its all good tho :)
I know from an extremley, EXTREMLEY reliable source that Idina and Kristin are factually, and really, friendLY. They may not call eachother every 5 minutes and go shopping and junk together but they got along fine during Wicked (of course they had some rocky moments but nothing near the type of stuff that Joel Grey described on page 6 of the Post a while back). They get along just fine and there is no tension whatsoever between them. Get over it. The media blows these things out of proportion so much its not even funny. Plus, we all need to think about the original source for the "feuding" info: Page Six (GOSSIP column) of the NY Post. Not the most reliable of sources. And as for Joel Grey saying all that BS about the two arguing, the truth is that they both despised working with Grey towards the end of the OBC run. He was supposedly selfish beyond belief and amazingly concieted. Shocker. Off topic, but I heard from the same very reliable source that Grey was pissed off when he wasn't nominated for a Tony and even more annoyed when Q won and made some not-so-nice, catty remarks to cast members and crew members. But, anyway, take my word for it please. I know for a fact that Kristin and Idina get along just fine and were very close during the run of Wicked and still talk now, not a lot, but they still talk.

I heard from a factual and reliable source that they do call each other every five minutes. "whatcha doing?" "oh not much"m"watcha doing?" "nothing"....every five minutes. It's really exciting stuff.
and wickedrocks , I heard they are really, really, really friendly. My source tells me it's three reallys not one. my source says all the reallys are in lowercasing.

I have no idea what their relationship is like now, but there was definitely animosity between them during the run of the show. Call it a clash of lifestyle choices.

call it a clash of sofa choices. that trip to ikea really started the beginning of the end for those two love birds. My very, extremely reliable source tells me Kristin wanted leather and Idina fell in love with a canvas love seat. An impasse if ever there was one! Truly tragic.
