As far as being kicked-off the show. It has more to do with what the AI people knew. In the case of Corey, he lied to them. It was his lying that got him kicked-off the show, not that he had charges bought against him. If Scott had disclosed this fact to them, then he is safe.

Scott has always scared me. There's something about him, esp. his apperance that just makes me crawl into a corner!
