Watching them re-enact the groping scene from "Crash" during the Best Song performance. It was hard enough watching it on screen--watching dancers do it during the Academy Awards was inappropriate.

Definitely the Lauren Bacall thing.

And the look on George Clooney's face when that woman mentioned being seated next to him at the nominees' luncheon. It made me feel embarrassed for her.


ETA: OK, where was I for the groping? I completely missed it. I was too busy trying to figure out how a burning car was onstage.

bacall didn't make me cringe...i was upset for her. could she not read the prompter or was she having a stroke? she deserved better.

The reason I cringed was because I felt really bad for her, not for any mean reason.
