I DON'T
we don't get snow days at university. Don't know why, the snow is so bad right now we'll barely be able to walk to school. And yet I still have a midterm.

Horrible snow today, and we're still in classes. But my philosophy prof cancelled class because his wife just had a baby, so I only have one class and work today.
Why do we play with fire?
Why do we run our fingers through the flame?
Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain?

I have a snow day!
Two less Seussical rehearsals for me now because of it!

And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps...
What did she realize, Kitten?
That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs.
What's wrong with that?
Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had...
Where?
On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

why thank you Scotty! Tis me.
I'm longing for a snow day. I skipped my morning class to study for this midterm and I keep hoping someone who went will call me and tell me classes are indeed cancelled.
They're not.
I'm so not looking forward to this 20 minute snow bank walk.

Lucky! I'm nothing. Well, that's mean. I'm chorus. Actually, I'm doing it in my theatre place. It's a great play, we're doing it in the round. Tricky stuff...

Ooh.
We're really behind with our rehearsals..We learned the harmonies and everything for "Oh The Thinks You Can Think", "Biggest Blame Fool", "People Vs. Horton The Elephant" and "Green Eggs and Ham" and that's it! No blocking has been done yet and we open in 5 weeks lol...this should be chaotic and interesing..

With our college, if our teachers can get up the courage to drive here, we have to find the courage to walk. Sucks, because it's crazily snowy.

Please, Professor Thoburn, if there's a kindly bone in your 182 year old body, you'll cancel class so I don't have to get dressed...I like life BETTER in my pyjamas!

It's weird: I live in Colorado, the home of schizophrenic weather, and we've had a fairly nice, mild winter so far. Today, it's sunny, about 50 degrees.
Of course, we'll probably have a blizzard in June to make up for it...

But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)
