yeah with a big dog you really have to make sure they are fully trained before you let them near the repairmen. She defended us from the notorious cable men yesterday lol.

The thing about my house is that it has MANY windows and french doors. So they like to peer out and bark at anything that moves.
My favorite one, though, is when the UPS man runs up to the door, leaves that package and runs. Yea...he runs...he doesn't like my big dog. It's hilarious. I once opened the door to get the package and he screamed at me!
was it a shrill "eeeee" or more like a "let me leave first!"

I can relate to that. I was terrified of big dogs for most of my life. My cousin is a cop, and he had a police dog who lived with him when I was a kid. My family kind of taught me to be afraid of it, so I ended up being scared of all big dogs.

He's like a hispanic guy so imagine, "NO NO NO", from this cuban guy. Mind you, he's this huge muscular guy. Like, he could pick up my dog and throw it, yet he runs.

I know plenty of people who run from spiders. It's the same basic principal, I guess.

Oh, I'm so bored. There is nothing for me to do at work today. And my boss is out of the office, so there's no hope of being given something to do. I hate days like this.

WOO the director likes the rewrite!
The apartment complex Ivan works at limits 2 dogs, up to 75 pounds each.
you might be able to get a lab that weighs under that
Our mini American Eskimo is only 13 pounds.
there's actually such a thing as a mini American Eskimo? wow. never heard of that before. ok, so i've never heard of a lot of breeds before but, that one sounds like it would be a popular one.

I was actually thinking of getting my own Shia. How's the shedding situation, Nits?
He's fine, as long as you brush him out at least once a week. It's getting better as he gets older.
Of course there's such thing as a mini Eskie!
Shia's one in a million, though. You can't have him, Mauri!

Don't worry. I would never steal your baby. How's he doing? Is he healed yet?
He's back to normal, but we have to wait a few more days before we can get him checked out again.
He's been off his pain meds for a while and he's able to walk on his cast. That's a good sign.

That is a good sign! Poor thing.

he broke his arm being rambunctious.
Picture time!
I read later that grapes aren't good for doggies, but he hasn't had any sense then. (I made that pillow!)

He broke his leg after jumping off our bed.
