I'm doing alright taz. Still reading for school (Cry, the Beloved Country right now). I go back the first week of September, I think.
What am I, invisible?
I saw that movie and loved it. Never read the book. How is it?
What are you reading SM?
evening dears! i got a compliment from my history teacher. this woman has complained about something with EVERY paper i wrote for her. yet she liked my paper on Dorrie Miller. Huh, maybe she feels bad about shooting down my papers all quarter.
Thanks for asking, taz. (At least someone cares.) I'm reading three books: MONEY, WOMEN AND GUNS: CRIME MOVIES FROM "BONNIE AND CLYDE" TO THE PRESENT; THE STRANGE HISTORY OF BONNIE AND CLYDE; and last but not least, THE TAO OF POOH.
I just started today, taz. I'm not really that far into it, but it's interesting so far. The writing style is really unique.
Hi polly (and you to Stagey)!
Polly, you are racking up the kudos! Good for you. Congratulations!
Did someone reccomend the Tao Of Pooh to you SM?
someone very smart maybe?
think, think, think
ETA- *taps forehead*
Congrats polly! That's fantastic.
Yes, it was recommended to me by a a very smart and very beautiful (inside and out) friend. Why do you ask?
thank you. it was funny too cause i actually groaned when i saw the email from her and i thought to myself what did i do wrong this time? i got so used to her, it was ok except.... that i totally wasn't expecting a compliment.
I, for some reason, cannot make myself pack for school. It's physically impossible for me. Ugh.
I don't know what to say to you jag. Physically impossible?
In Guatemala we have a word for you, jag2: huevona.
translation please
Hey guys!
Hey, I want a word!
It means "lazy ass." For a male, it's "huevón." Incidentally, the Spanish word for eggs is "huevos," which is also slang for "testicles." Make of that as you wish.
ok Rav how about fabulous? will that work for you?
Still on the testicles, I see.
I'll never eat an avocado again without thinking of what Stagey said.
What about guacamole?
