Very busy here, getting ready for a staff meeting and then another long afternoon of planning sessions for next season.

Busy day around here. My family is coming for a visit tomorrow-Wednesday so I've been running around cleaning things to win my mother's love.
Ok, actually the cleaning thing is to win my mother-in-law's love. I get the clutter gene from my mom, so she doesn't care what the house looks like. I'm baking biscotti to gain her approval.

Tell me about it. The only way I've found to make it work is to form the dough logs right on the pan I'll bake them in. Wet your hands slightly and sort of shape it in place.
I made four different kinds for my wedding. Everybody thought I was crazy, but baking is very therapeutic to me.
