I've only played with the big balls once. I felt like a virgin; I didn't know how to insert my fingers. But I'm a master with the small balls.

I never have a problem inserting my fingers...they sell stuff to make your fingers slide in and out easier too. I hate when my thumb gets stuck when I release the ball.
