Oh man I love summer. I'm gonna go outside and tan while writing some songs. I just found out what the order of events for the William Finn masterclass is and I need to write three songs that he assigned by monday morning for him to look over with me and refine and hand off to a composer. I am by no means a fast writer though so I am stressing a little...but its a challenge I gladly accept.

Tink! I thought of you the other day. I watched that new TINKER BELL CGI movie that came out last fall. It's kinda cute, but a talking Tinker Bell just isn't right. It's like hearing Harpo Marx or Charlie Chaplin speak. :-/

That's a precious kitty, taz! Both of your cats' names are adorable, and they look somewhat similar in print, too. Must be the double Fs and Ts.

HOwdy, Deet! 2007 -- that seems like forever and a day ago.

Tink, you know which part had me rolling? Toward the beginning when Tink is trying to show the Queen Fairy her new nutcracker gadget she'd invented and the acorn goes flying and it hits the poor squirrel in the face. He looks stunned for a moment and then begins to whimper and walks away crying. I rewound that part, like, 5 times. It was unintentionally hilarious! XD
