i'm part dolphin. only had the life vest on cause we had to have em on for that part (it was a dolphin cruise too and you can't go within so many feet of them) the lifevests slowed us down, and with them you couldn't dive down after the dolphins. it came off immediately and remained off for the snorkeling part later.
