but the lithium battery needs to be recharged... dont know why it doesnt come fully charged...

As I was told by my smart buddy, a lithium battery, even when unused after being fully charged, continually loses its charge bit by bit.
In other words, it was just in the box too long.
Mine uses AAs. I bought rechargable ones.

Unfortunately, no. I really wanted to, but the bus was VERY cold, so one of my friends and I purchased blankets instead(2/25 Pounds!) The hat cost the same as the blanket, so I bought the blanket. I kicked myself when I got back to America. I wonder if I can get one online...
