I saw that Stockard. I loved how Joy said she might be the first Republican to speak up.
I had to turn away from it last night. I forget what Republican was being interviewed but even while talking about this he HAD to sneak in some nasty comment about Democrats. I was like "What the hell"? He just helped fuel the fire. Betsy Markey from here in CO has also been threatened. And that Palin tweet and map on her site is disgraceful.
I seriously just want to pack up and leave the states. It is just an awful feeling, for me anyway, that for all of the e-mails I have sent and comments made on sites that I feel my voice hasn't been heard. I am tired of talking back to the tv. Where the heck are all of these rabid Obama supporters? Do they hate this bill also or are they just not paying attention?

And how do they not know if it happened one night or two nights ago.
I usually notice right away when bullets are fired into my workplace.

What's their motive? Sounds a little too convenient.I REALLY Hope they investigate and get to the bottom of this ASAP!

Maybe the incident will wake up Cantor who recently said this:
"To use such threats as political weapons is reprehensible," said Minority Whip Eric Cantor, R-Va., who added that security concerns have been overhyped in media coverage of the debate.

Cantor is misrepresenting what happened with his office. Apparently, a shot was fired in the air that came down in his office window. His office was not specifically targeted.
"The Richmond Police Department is investigating an act of vandalism at the Reagan Building, 25 E. Main St., Richmond, Virginia. A first floor window was struck by a bullet at approximately 1 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23. The building, which has several tenants including an office used by Congressman Eric Cantor, was unoccupied at the time.
"A Richmond Police detective was assigned to the case. A preliminary investigation shows that a bullet was fired into the air and struck the window in a downward direction, landing on the floor about a foot from the window. The round struck with enough force to break the windowpane but did not penetrate the window blinds. There was no other damage to the room, which is used occasionally for meetings by the congressman."
