Issue with Myspace...

Two times today there have been bulletins posted under my name, which I didn't post, at times when I wasn't even on the computer and was logged out. The bulletins have been weird advertisements for a webcam and a singles site (In the past few days or so before the bulletins were posted I've gotten 2 or 3 messages that were invites to join a few webcam things on myspace as well). I just changed my e-mail address and password that I'll be using to login to the site, so hopefully that'll work. Has this happened to anyone before though? Just curious what you've done or think I should do...Thanks in advance!

I run three fan site for broadway actor on myspace and I have gotten a ton of friend reguest from people whos pages link to porn sites, I have also gotten message for people about the web cam and joining the singles groups. so you are not the only one this is happening to.

Good to know I'm not the only one, jerseyboyslover. Hopefully changing my login info will help...there haven't been any weird bulletins posted my "me" on Myspace today...yet. heh.

I wound up setting the privacy settings for friends request... all this people (some bots, I guess) asking me to be friends without even reading my profile.

Ugh, I have been trying for about a hour to go to myspace and it either says "Unknown problem. Sent to myspace tech" or it says "Page can not be dispayed." They need to do something to make it run better, knowing that so many people use it now.

out_of_tune_thespian, I know exactly what you mean. Well for me I tend to just go to Bookmarks and then Myspace and sometimes I do it without even making a definate choice or anything.

Again, if that makes sense.

My computer has crashed twice when I tried to look at a myspace page. I've also seen one of the porn posts. The site seems to be under attack.
