Cookie--you seem to have developed chronic sinus problems...another indication that your true ethnic background is Jewish.
If you start shrugging your shoulders like Jackie Mason and saying "Nu?"--we may have to have a genealogical intervention.
Oh Addy--if they asked you, YOU could write a book...but let me take this opportunity to link the other book Harville and Helen wrote--the one for singles.

breaking up is hard to do... even when one knows it's the right thing, it's still difficult.

"Anyone you meet over the next few days will have what it takes to keep you interested, whether it's friendship or romance you're after. Don't try to tie them down in any way, shape or form."
well, what's the fun in that if you can't tie them down?

You've been thinking about someone for months and imagining how it would feel to see them for just as long. So what would you do if you turned the corner and there they stood? Better come up with a plan.
Maybe I can tie them up.

"Still shopping? Still getting crazy with the charge cards? Well, it might be time to stop that nonsense -- just for a day or two. If you're not sure you can manage it, hire a bodyguard. A charge-guard, so to speak."
Are they saying I can't handle it? No more shopping for Cookie?

Posted: 5/10/05 at 12:59pmoh, please! You can handle it! There will be more shopping!

Love that, DD!
...have been busy. Was at work til 11 last night, and was in meetings all morning. Tis the BUSY season in my business: The Upfront. All the networks announce their new season programming and the negotiation marathons begin... Fun, but round the clock work!

Fun, but round the clock work!
Surely those two concepts are mutually exclusive?

Well, part of the work is going to parties... The Networks pull out all the stops with their big announcements.
So, I have fun while I'm working... and the parties begin with breakfast and go late into the night.
Exhausting, but a good time. (Then the negotiations begin, and that part isn't as much fun, and literally goes around the clock...)
