I've never been a Yankees fan, but they are acquiring some players that I like this off season. I may have to start paying attention. :)

The Cubs look to be in fairly good shape - an entire new outfield.

I'm going to go out on a limb here...but this is just my $.02.

Johnny Damon is a good ballplayer. A very good ballplayer. But he's not as good as he thinks he is. Don't get me wrong - he has GREAT days, but sometimes I do find his performance a bit inconsistent. When he's on - he's really on. But when he's off? Not so pretty. I will miss him, but I think the Sox will survive without him. Hopefully!

It is funny that he has to cut that infamous mop of his and shave the beard, though. Wonder if, like Samson, this will take away his strength?!

you're on the yankkees, you're on the red sox, i don't care but have some pride in your team.
you don't switch teams just for more money, not with the ammount of money they're making anyways every year.
