ARGGGG when the frekking heck are these ignorant people going to open their eyes and realize that a monogamous, consenting, adult same sex couple is NOT THE SAME THING as a person having sexual relations with ANIMALS!?

I mean honestly... how do they not realize how STUPID they sound?? I mean, I'm straight and I get it!! So it's not a thing where "you have to be gay to get it". It's COMMON SENSE.

Just because a man loves another man, who loves him back equally, does not mean that suddenly he's going to begin having sexual feelings for his DOG. It's just so absurd to even think that way.

Honestly, I just wish we could force allll the homophobes of the world to go live with gay people for a year or two. They'd very quickly realize that the only reason they have these crazy ideas is because they've never been AROUND gay people enough, so they work up these completely false images of them in their heads.

My parents have ALWAYS had very close gay friends, and lookey here! Neither my sister or I were "turned gay" by being around them! Nor were we exposed to any kind of perversity from them! Nor do we now somehow think bestiality is okay just because *gasp* we've seen two men/two women together!!

The fact is that many of the coolest people I've ever known are gay- and it makes me rather sick to think that they can't marry the person they love because somehow "their lifestyle is wrong"
