I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&.
"Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."
I don't feel sorry for her at all. She thought she was above the law and thought she was fine if she didn't get caught. She was given chances and blew them. No one else blew them but her! Time for her to grow the F up and be accountable. If she goes to the treatment program afterward it will more then like lt save her life IF she follows through. One day she will thank this judge.
Those Blocked: SueStorm. N2N Nate. Good riddence to stupid! Rad-Z, shill begone!

She was given exactly the treatment a non-celebrity would have been given. And yes, that's including jail time.

It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

I heard one news report state that most women under similar circumstances would only actually be IN jail for 1/3 to 1/2 their sentenced time.
Good for the judge. Enough ****-footing around celebs.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
Well, she could very well get there, be booked and the sent home. It happened to Paris Hilton (she cried while being sentenced, too).
Lindsay Lohan is a sad cautionary tale of talent wasted, effed up parenting, and I suppose on some level a grand indictment of Hollywood and all its evils, but feh, she's a grown woman. Time to take some personal responsibility.
Kind of with Q on this. Yes she is train wreck. But, her parents are abominations who not only abdicated their obligations as parents, but continue to exploit her for their personal gain and publicity.
I really hope she gets the help she needs and finds a way to put her life back on track. I read that she will most likely serve 23 days of the 90 in prison, and then the next 90 in rehab.
She is someone who needed boundaries and limits and was given neither. She is responsible for his multiple mistakes, and will now pay the price. Hopefully she can come out of this better and get the help she needs.

Doubt it. Something tells me that a colleague of the judge who has "evaluated 1/3 of the people on California's death row" isn't going to be too impressed by Lindsay's angst.
